RDP Contest Terms and Conditions

• Participation in the competition means your irrevocable acceptance of these terms and condition of the Reliance Developer Program.
• Employees of Reliance Communications Ltd. and their families/relatives are not eligible to participate.
• The applications submitted for the contest should not be currently live on any of the telecom operators.
• The applications submitted should be original and undisputed sole property of the participant.
• Any Application submitted after the set date/deadline will be disregarded and will not be acceptable for participation.
• Winners will be selected in accordance with the Judging Criteria.
• The decision of Judges shall be final. The company shall not entertain any correspondence in connection with the procedure adopted or about the results of the decision.
• All participants agree that by participating in the contest, their information is liable to be shared with Reliance.
• Any dispute relating to this competition shall be subject to the laws of India and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bombay Courts.

• Reliance without any limitation during the period of the contest can amend, modify, alter, exclude, include withdraw and cancel without any further notice the date of submission or any other terms and conditions.
• Tax liability, if any, will be borne by winners.
• In case the application is selected by Reliance Communications to be deployed on the Reliance Mobile World, it shall be done through a commercial agreement on revenue share basis with the owner of the application.
